  • We reserve the right to amend product details and prices at any time without prior notice.
  • When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure checkout.
  • We accept payment by credit/debit card.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout and may vary based on location and order size.
  • Risk passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect goods upon receipt and report any issues within 48 hours.

5. Returns and Cancellations

  • You have the right to cancel most orders within 28 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Custom or personalised items (e.g., bespoke labels/signs) are non-refundable unless faulty.
  • To cancel or return an item, contact us at help@isuppliesgroup.co.uk with your order number.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and sent at your cost (unless faulty).

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If an item is faulty, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
  • We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is our property or used under license.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.
  • Our liability for any direct loss shall not exceed the amount paid for the goods in question.

  • We do not store payment card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties except for delivery purposes.
