If your goods have been damaged in transit or are faulty, please email us at help@isuppliesgroup.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Please include all the relevant information and photographs so we can assist and issue replacements as soon as possible.
Please note that all returns are shipped back at your own cost. Only when we have received the products back will a refund/replacement be issued.
